Terms of Service

By purchasing or reserving a place at an Eduardo Presents or I AM: RESET retreat, you agree to the following terms.

All deposits and payments secure a reservation for the specific retreat dates selected. Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and transportation to the retreat location unless otherwise specified.

Retreat activities may include wellness practices, physical activities, and guided experiences. Participation is voluntary and guests assume responsibility for their own well-being.

Eduardo Presents reserves the right to modify retreat schedules, facilitators, or programming when necessary.

In the event a retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive either a refund or credit toward a future experience.

By attending, participants agree to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and facilitators.
